Regulations on the scientific and pedagogical practice of students studying in master's programs

1. General Provisions

1.1. Regulations on the scientific and pedagogical practice of students studying in master's programs (hereinafter referred to as master's students) , in the state educational institution of higher professional education "Syktyvkar State University" (hereinafter - Syktyvkar State University, University) regulates the procedure and forms of scientific and pedagogical practice for undergraduates of full-time and part-time budgetary and contract forms of education.

1.2. This provision has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Education” as amended by the Federal Law dated January 13, 1996 No. 12-FZ, the Federal Law “On Higher and Postgraduate Professional Education” dated August 22, 1996 No. 15-FZ, the order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation “On approval of the regulations on the procedure for conducting internships for students of educational institutions of higher professional education" dated March 25, 2003 No. 1154, regulations on the internship of students at SyktSU, adopted by the decision of the Academic Council dated November 26, 2003. and the new Federal State Educational Standards.

1.3. Scientific and pedagogical practice is a component of professional training for scientific and pedagogical activities in a higher educational institution and is a type of practical activity students studying in master's programs, on the implementation of the educational process in higher education.

2. The purpose and objectives of scientific and pedagogical practice

In accordance with the State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education, the master prepares for teaching activities. In this regard, scientific and pedagogical practice is an important component of the professional training of masters in the main educational program, aimed at developing in future teachers a systematic approach to the design of the educational process at the university, the design, implementation and analysis of training sessions, the design, implementation and analysis of educational activities , formation of their professional and pedagogical culture.

Purpose scientific and pedagogical practice is the formation of a system of professional competencies of a university teacher among graduates of a master's degree, preparing a master's student to perform the functions of a teacher and curator of a student group.

Basic tasks scientific and pedagogical practice of master's students:

    Design, implementation and evaluation of the educational process and educational environment, based on the values ​​of spiritual and moral education and development of students;

    Expanding and consolidating the system of theoretical knowledge in psychological, pedagogical and special disciplines of master's programs;

    Systematic design of educational material;

    Designing training sessions of various types using various methods, forms, using modern educational and information technologies;

    Organization of communication and interaction in study groups;

    Acquaintance with advanced pedagogical experience at the university;

    Development of a creative, research approach to teaching activities among student trainees, formation of the need for pedagogical self-education based on self-analysis and self-assessment of one’s own professional and pedagogical activities;

    Mastering the ability to conduct educational work with students, taking into account competency-based and system-activity approaches, age and individual characteristics, and the chosen specialty:

    Organization of socially significant activities of the student community;

    Familiarization with the work of the department, faculty academic council, teacher, curator.

    Conducting educational activities among the population;

    Extracting current scientific, scientific-pedagogical and scientific-psychological information from electronic libraries, abstract journals

In the process of teaching practice, master's students develop the following: competencies:

At skill level:

    Practical use of knowledge of the fundamentals of pedagogical activity in teaching the proposed course;

    Application of modern information communication technologies in the educational process;

    Willingness to apply responsibility for one’s decisions within the framework of professional competence;

    Ability to make non-standard decisions;

    Ability to resolve problem situations;

    Provide educational material in oral, written and graphic forms;

During scientific and pedagogical practice, the student must master:

    Designing and conducting lectures and practical classes, consulting;

    Some modern educational and information and communication technologies;

    Fundamentals of scientific and methodological work;
